This is such a yummy breakfast and really is like a pudding!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup full cream yoghurt
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Mix the yoghurt, oats, chai seeds and vanilla protein powder in a bowl. Layer a glass/bowl with fruit and pudding mixture.
