Cranberry & Pistachio Chocolate Squares


Since we are on a chocolate mission we created melt in your mouth chocolate squares. You can pretty much add any toppings but we love this combination! Its also great for the festive season!


  • 2 cups coconut oil
  • 1 cup raw cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup pistachios (chopped)


Place a pot with some water on the stove and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down to a low/medium heat and place a glass bowl on top of the pot. Add the coconut oil, once melted add the cocoa powder and stir well to combine. Stir in the maple syrup. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Once the chocolate has cooled, pour into a lined baking tray and top with chopped pistachios and cranberries then freeze for 1 hour.

Once frozen, cut into squares and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
