- 2 cans coconut cream
- 2 cups fresh ripe figs (remove stems)
- 1 tbsp organic maple syrup / agave
- Add the coconut cream, figs and maple syrup to a high speed blender or food processor and blend on high for 60 seconds.
- Place jug straight into the freeze overnight.
- Once set, take out the freezer and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat an icecream scoop in a glass of hot water and scoop into chocolate cones
