Oat & Chia Seed Flapjacks

There’s nothing like healthy flapjacks for breakfast!

Since its the most important meal of the day why not start it with these??!!


  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chai seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 banana (reserve some for topping)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Place a nonstick pan over a medium heat with some coconut oil and spoon the mixture into the pan (this recipe makes 3 flapjacks) once golden brown on each side, stack onto a plate.


  • Sliced banana
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Drizzle of maple syrup
  • Nuts (I used pecan nuts but you can use walnuts or almonds)
